The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a minimum of three stores, each with an average annual sales target of $60,000 per month. This role involves managing store teams, inventory, events, and ensuring overall store performance aligns with company standards and goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Team Management:**
- Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and staff.
- Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
2. **Operational Oversight:**
- Ensure all stores comply with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage store performance metrics, including sales, labor, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
3. **Inventory Management:**
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to maintain optimal inventory levels.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit retail management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to travel between store locations as needed.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 85lbs as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
