Job Description: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute digital email and SMS marketing campaigns for both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Direct-to-Practitioner (DTP) channels. The ideal candidate will ensure campaign consistency and optimization, driving customer engagement and retention.

Essential Job Functions

• Campaign Management : Supervise performance, social, and creative teams to manage and execute digital email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Campaign Execution : Create, proof, launch, track, analyze, monitor, and report on various outbound marketing campaigns.
• Performance Analysis : Analyze and report on campaign performance to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Optimization : Utilize campaign content, segmentation, and targeting to improve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• A/B Testing : Conduct A/B testing on content, email templates, landing pages, subject lines, timing, and offers to boost conversion rates and revenue.
• Market Awareness : Stay informed about digital marketing trends and recommend updates to align with organizational objectives.
• Trend Following : Keep the company at the forefront of digital and email media trends.
• Budget Adherence : Ensure projects and departmental milestones and goals are met within approved budgets.
• Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Platform Proficiency : Experience with digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, SAP, Shopify, Meta, Google Analytics, etc.
• Organizational Skills : Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience : 5-10 years in digital marketing, with at least 2-3 years managing a team.
• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
