Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Train and develop employees on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Provide employee orientation and ongoing training to ensure a knowledgeable and motivated team.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of retail staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Manage payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak business hours.
- Recruit, interview, and hire new employees to maintain a strong team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong background in sales management and team management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong market knowledge and the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
