This position will work in our King of Prussia showroom with architects, design firms, home builders, and retail customers on all aspects of interior and exterior lighting layout and consultation. 

Responsibilities

• Managing customer accounts - tracking, shipping, coordinate deliveries/pick ups
• Lead generation - going after the design and home builder community for new accounts
• Setting up at home, virtual and showroom appointments
• Managing damaged goods, returns and other post-sale activities

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lighting vendors and general lighting layout requirements preferred
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Retail and design experience a must.
