The hours are Mon & Wed 8:30am - 6pm, Tues 8:30am - 12pm, Fri 8:30am - 5pm, Sat 8am-11am. Half Hour unpaid lunch for shifts over 6 hours.

Chiropractic Aide Responsibilities:

• Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival, ensuring collection of proper co-pay and scheduling of follow-up visits according to plans of care
• Collecting information from new patients and preparing them for initial examination
• Preparing treatment rooms prior to appointments to ensure they are ready for patients
• Answering phone calls, calling patients to schedule follow-ups
• Setting up charts to facilitate chiropractor’s documentation process during initial intakes, follow-ups, and re-exams
• Assisting chiropractor with preparing patients for treatment modalities
• Reviewing daily appointment schedule, making chiropractor aware of special cases, re-evaluations, etc.
• Assisting chiropractor with screening assessments for DOT/CDL exams
• Supporting other team members as part of a tight-knit team (including Front Desk and Physical Therapy aides)
• Other duties as they arise

Chiropractic Aide Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience within a healthcare setting preferred
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records system preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Motivated attitude with an eagerness to learn.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, including punctuality and reliability.
