Our chiropractic team responsibilities include:
Consulting patients about their medical history and complaints, ADL challenges and overall health goals.
Independently create a plan of care that focuses on the patient’s overall health and wellbeing.
Using our EHR system to document patient history/examination/daily notes/reports
Performing musculoskeletal, chiropractic examinations
Performing manual chiropractic adjustments/manipulation to the spine and extremities
Provide patient education on lifestyle habits such as sleep, exercise, and diet to improve patient’s physical health.
Perform and interpret x rays.
