- Work with contractors to implement construction safety mgmt system & other safety requirements on Our Client construction sites.
- Provide safety leadership for new construction & building and lab renovations including mechanical & electrical equipment installation.
- Conduct formal safety audit of activities related to construction and mechanical & electrical equipment installation.
- Review contractor JSA's to confirm completeness & accuracy of work being performed.
Requirements:
- Safety engineering degree is not required but is considered to be a positive if candidate has obtained.
- OSHA 30
- Experience working on construction projects with multiple subtrades.
- Experience with various parts of construction: site/civil work, structural steel, electrical & mechanical.
- Experience reviewing and verifying JSA's developed by contractors.
- Proficient in Microsoft: PowerPoint & Excel
