Job Description:

We have an urgent need for a ServiceNow ITOM Architect. They need a strong technical architect that has experience implementing the ITOM Suite, specifically the Service Mapping and Discovery modules. This individual will help create the design, work through hands-on keyboard tasks, assist with workshops, etc. The selected candidate should be strong in the ServiceNow ITOM optimization space, as this is a new implementation for the client.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, specifically the Service Mapping and Discovery modules, while ensuring adherence to leading practices and standards.
• Leverage Service Mapping checklist to validate readiness of client environment to initiate ITOM Service Mapping efforts.
• Capture the right details needed to initiate Service Mapping – such as credentials, application architecture diagrams, entry points etc.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of implemented solutions.
• Provide comprehensive training to clients on the usage and administration of ServiceNow platform through workshops.

Requirements:

• In-depth experience working as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a focus on Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
• Experience creating detailed technical documentation including solution designs, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to run ServiceNow workshops, specifically for Service Mapping and Client, as needed.
• ServiceNow certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM, Certified System Administrator) are highly desirable.
