Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: West Point, PADuration: 5 MonthsRoles And Responsibilities
  • Help direct the current efforts to digitally link their medical instruments to a third-party application in order to make them cross-compatible with the client's manufacturing process.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Production, to ensure alignment with project objectives and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, milestones achieved, and any issues that arise.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Project Manager, specifically in manufacturing, working through a project of similar scope.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on life sciences or related industries.
  • Proven track record of managing projects involving equipment validation and an understanding of regulatory requirements such as FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
