Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors - Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction - Review and approve contractor invoices and change orders - Collaborate with clients to address their concerns and ensure satisfaction - Utilize construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera) to track project progress Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficient in budgeting and cost control - Familiarity with contract management and administration We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience and qualifications.
