As our Director of Revenue Management, you will oversee the brand, marketing, and pricing strategies of more than $5 Billion of luxury real estate properties, assist in the achievement of maximum occupancy at all our locations, and oversee content and collateral-creating production, and distribution.

  • Optimize room, amenity, concierge and real estate ownership sales revenue through the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing campaigns and pricing strategies. Closing add, edit, and update all distribution channels to ensure effective selling.
  • Analyze reports to understand future demand forecasts and past trends, and translate this information to set/adjust strategies leading to increased market share.
  • Monitor and update marketing channels such as direct sales, wholesalers, travel agents, vrbo, homeaway, Marriott, Expedia, AirBnB, Flipkey, and 72 other OTA channels.
  • Set price per night by analyzing/forecasting demand and establishing effective selling strategies, oversell strategies, and efficient market mix, including group, transient, wholesale, and amenity revenues.
  • Handle updates to selling strategies and product information in all available distribution channels/reservation sources.
  • Closely supervise driven pricing and responds to impact of pricing decisions on property performance. Evaluate and analyze all group businesses for appropriate mix and revenue strategies. Support and recommend selling strategies to improve revenue opportunities.
  • Manage all pertinent travel-related websites to ensure competitiveness in both availability and price.
  • Monitor third-party review travel website to promote KBM Resorts brand and product brand reputation
  • Work with management to establish strategies to increase room and amenity revenue.
  • Conduct analysis and review of volume per arrival, guest, night and average daily rate to drive most profitable guests into available space.
  • Continually innovate and improve existing and new processes

Qualifications

To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Associates Degree
  • 5 years of hotel or vacation rental industry experience
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Docs and/or Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Highly independent, autonomous, self-starter
  • Possess initiative, creativity, and follow-through
  • Love to ask questions, learn, understand, perfect, then innovate
  • Hotel or Vacation Rental industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong command of the English language to be able to draft marketing content
