KBR Inc is Hiring a Business Process Analyst Near Reston, VA
Acts as a liaison between IT development groups and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of current systems. Evaluates new applications, system requirements, developments in field of expertise, and evolving business needs to recommend appropriate solutions and alternatives. Under general direction, uses specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support team. Establishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks. Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices. May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members. Relies upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of field to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 7 years of experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- TS/SCI with CI Poly
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience in senior/executive leadership communications and decision management
- Adept at formatting briefings, presentations and other written communications for senior decision makers
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to track, assign and close actions items in high-paced environment
- Ability to work alone or with a team
- Undergraduate degree or 10 years equivalent related job experience
- Program Management skill certifications (e.g. PMP, government equivalent)
- Applicable development certifications (e.g. Agile, Cloud, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
