KBR is an industry leader in Human and Health Performance and our Science and Space Division is passively looking for a Sr. Medical / Healthcare Recruiter to join our high performing team.
This is a remote position, but prefer the selected to be located near Fulton, MD, Houston, TX, Huntsville, AL or Sioux Falls, SD. In this exciting role, you will be supporting our Human Performance & Research Division, as we build and grow our Healthcare and Medical Support capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing and recruiting strategies to hire Medical / Healthcare professionals at Medical Treatment Facilities to include federal hospitals, clinics, and dental offices throughout the United States. This position will be high volume recruiting and relies heavily on sourcing passive candidates, building pipelines and extending contingent offers, spanning the following labor segments: Ancillary Services, Dental Services, Medical Support, Nursing Services and Physician Services. ResponsibilitiesAlong with a continuous curiosity to learn and grow professionally and personally, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Partner and collaborate with Program Personnel to develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for Medical Professionals to include, but not limited to Medical Assistants, Medical Lab Techs, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Techs, Dentists, Dental Assistants, Nurses and Medical Doctors and Physicians.
- Leverage internal and external recruiting data and market intelligence to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Utilize existing and/or new sourcing techniques and resources to effectively source and advertise utilizing all media outlets, our applicant tracking system and CRM.
- Identify opportunities to streamline sourcing and recruiting processes
- Develop, participate, and attend Industry Career Fairs and Hiring Events
- Follow OFCCP and all other regulations to ensure KBR is being fair and complaint with our recruiting practices.
- Utilize available recruiting resources to include Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years recruiting experience or additional four years experience in lieu of degree
- 5 years’ experience recruiting Medical and Healthcare professionals in Hospitals, Clinics and/or Dental Offices
- Proven experience developing and executing, recruiting and sourcing strategies while delivering results
- Prior experience utilizing internal and external data and recruiting metrics
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems
- Prior experience streamlining hiring processes to improve candidate experience
- Ability to travel on an as needed basis
- Capacity to be flexible, able to multi-task and work well in high-pressure deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years’ experience recruiting Physicians, Nurses, and Dentists
- Recruiting Medical and Healthcare Professionals in a Military setting
- Prior experience with Workday and Phenom CRM
