KBR Is seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman to join our team. In this role you will support PMA 265 in our Lexington Park, Maryland location. The F/A-18 and EA-18G Program Office (PMA-265) provides critical current and future capabilities in the form of total life cycle support management (cradle to grave) for the F/A-18A-D Hornet, F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler weapons systems.
PMA-265 is responsible for acquiring, delivering, and sustaining the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft, ensuring mission success for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aviators, as well as international partners to include Australia, Canada, Finland, Kuwait, Malaysia, Spain and Switzerland.
Note: This position is a hybrid position that requires work onsite at least one day a week.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Provides program management support by developing, analyzing, evaluating, and advising on, and/or improving the effectiveness of work methods and procedures.
- Develop and analyzes information and documentation systems as well as other similar functions of program management.
- Provides program management support for all activities that occur during the life cycle of a program and presenting plans, recommendations, analyses, and other advice within a broad functional area to customers, site managers, and all employee levels within the project.
- Update and reconciles spend plan for appropriation funding.
- Works various financial drills.
- Attends financial meetings.
- Works closely with CIV BFM and Comptroller to ensure funding documents are approved in a timely manner.
- Attends spend plan review meetings.
- Attends budget review meetings.
- This position is a hybrid position that requires work onsite at least one day a week.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Associate’s degree plus two (2) years additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Four (4) years additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Two plus years of related experience.
- 10 years of related experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Must have Microsoft office experience (OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL), and computer skills/aptitude to use and understand this position’s required unique computer applications.
- Must be able to present data and compile reports as required by the contract.
- An active secret clearance is desired. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance as required by the contract.
