We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Analyst to create and manage comprehensive maintenance management and safety-related reports. Roles and Responsibilities
Report Generation: Accurately compile, produce, and distribute maintenance management reports and safety-related documentation on a regular basis.
Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate insightful reports that support maintenance and safety initiatives.
Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records of maintenance schedules, safety protocols, training activities, and compliance documentation.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all reports and documentation adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with various departments to collect necessary information for report creation and ensure clear communication of maintenance and safety procedures.
Basic Qualifications
US Citizenship Required
High school diploma or equivalent, along with 4 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in an administrative or analytical role with a focus on report generation and data management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with maintenance management software. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas) and experience with specialized maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
Relevant certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Maintenance Management Certification (MMC), or Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certifications.
Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
