Job OverviewSalary Range: $50,000 K/YRThe Operations Manager works to maximize internal efficiencies designed to manage the customer relationship and to optimize the delivery of services to the customer. They consistently work to improve customer service and customer retention efforts.
Operations Manager job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develops, implements, and drives policies for the operation
  • Manages operation budget
  • Performs cost and spend analysis to identify cost effective solutions for existing and future contracts
  • Tracks achieved savings and communicates overall vendor management trends and results
  • Direct the ongoing review and development of processes and efficiencies of the Command Center to ensure fluid response to current and future customer requirements
  • Support business development growth by assessing potential customer needs and presenting operations process and value to potential customers
  • Engages with senior customer contacts to address and resolve issues or to invite extended service opportunities
