The Responsibilities Of The Position Entail
- Efficiently record, apply, and reconcile daily cash receipts to maintain precise financial records.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies to ensure all transactions are correctly documented.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to confirm that all payments are accurately posted and accounted for.
- Contribute to the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to verify the accuracy of customer billing information, thus enhancing customer satisfaction and financial accuracy.
- Handle invoicing for term customers, applying payments to past-due accounts to minimize outstanding receivables.
- Process chargebacks promptly and efficiently, resolving any issues that may arise.
- 1 years of relevant Accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting ERP systems greater than QuickBooks
- Intermediate Excel knowledge is preferred
- Detail-oriented with an ability to identify discrepancies and take corrective measures.
