- Assist with accounts receivable/billing related responsibilities
- Assist with purchase order requests
- Follow up with vendors on billing questions
- Create Weekly/monthly reports for AR/Billing team
- Data entry
- 1 years data entry or accounting experience,, open to recent accounting, business, finance graduates
- Intermediate Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
- Ability to answer/administer phone calls and emails with vendors, maintaining professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid data entry skills
