Privately-held software company is seeking a Controller to add to their team. This role will report directly to the CEO and lead the GL close, AP/AR, Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, Inventory, Controls, and audit support. We are targeting candidates with 8-15 years of accounting experience. CPA and public accounting experience is preferred.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the GL close process
• Manage AP and AR
• Quarterly and yearly financial reporting
• Involvement with technical accounting guidance
• Handle budgets and create forecasting models
• Inventory and cost accounting support
• Assist with ERP system optimization and implementation projects
• Other ad hoc projects with CEO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA and public accounting experience highly preferred
• 10-15 years of experience
• Experience in the software industry is a plus
