KBW has partnered with an international manufacturer in Andover, MA in their search for a Controller to join the team and own accounting and external reporting. This is a $50-$100 million company with two manufactutring plants and sales across the country and internationally.
Pay is competitive in the $195k range plus bonus and great benefits/pto.
Responsibilities For The Controller Include

Responsibilities For The Controller Include
- Lead all Accounting operations and a team in transactional and GL accounting.
- Be responsible for SEC reporting and SOX compliance.
- Own the month end close for the business
- Provide meaningful financial reporting to help understand business drivers.
- Participate in the budget, forecast and strategic planning process
- Monitor KPI's to help understand business performance across all divisions and product lines
- Collaborate with operations and production to deliver accurate financials and manage costs
- Support internal and external audits, compliance, improve processes and controls
- A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.
- More than ten years accounting experience with prior leadership
- Prior experience in a publicly traded company with up to date external reporting experience.
- Good systems skills including Excel and medium systems
