Responsibilities For The ControllerTake charge of managing the annual budget, forecasting, and cash flow to ensure financial stability and growth.
Prepare accurate financial statements, presenting a clear and comprehensive overview of the company's financial performance.
Implement effective policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and financial controls.
Review contracts to safeguard the company's interests and mitigate potential risks.
Create and implement yearly operating budget while maintain budgetary goals for the fiscal year
Work alongside CFO, CEO on business partnering and financial reporting needs
Prepare, share and analyze month end close and create necessary month end financial statements; review with CFO and leadership team
QualificationsPossess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or relevant experience demonstrating your solid foundation in the field.
5 years of relevant accounting experience and/or minimum 3 years as an Accounting Manager/Controller preferably within in manufacturing
Ability to create process improvements to drive efficiencies within the accounting team
Ability to lead a small accounting team, assist with training and development
Compensation: $100,000 to $115,000 based on experience competitive benefits and PTO
