- Lead all aspects of the company’s tax accounting function including consolidated tax provisions
- Manage all compliance activities, including estimated tax payments and extensions
- Maintain global tax calendar
- Manage external tax partners in the preparation of returns.
- Manage calculations of Uncertain Tax Positions
- Optimize processes and systems
- Provide tax forecasts to the FP&A team
- Monitor tax law changes and determine the implications for the Company
- Maintain internal controls in compliance with SOX
- Assist with M&A
- Manage tax audits
- Manage tax team members
- 10 years of related tax experience at a global company; public accounting experience preferred
- Master's in Taxation and/or CPA preferred
- Relevant experience preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns
- Tax provisions and ASC 740
- Managing tax audits
- Staff management
- Knowledge of GAAP compliance
- Strong analytical skills
- Tax research experience
- Broad knowledge of Federal, State and US international tax compliance including recent US Tax Reforms.
