Large real estate investment company is seeking a Senior Director of Investments to add to their team. This role will be involved in all areas of deal strategy and execution, financial modeling, underwriting, market research, and business partnering. We are looking for candidates with 8-12 years of experience within the real estate investment industry.
The salary range for this position is between $175-185K 10-20% bonus
Responsibilities Include

Responsibilities Include
- Manage the entire deal process from identifying targets, negotiating terms, and execution
- Analyze market trends and provide input to leadership
- Financial modeling
- Underwriting deals
- Other ad hoc projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or similar field
- 8-12 years of experience, specifically within real estate investments
- Experience managing deals, underwriting, and modeling
- Strong communication and attention to detail
