KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is Hiring a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis Near Boston, MA
Privately-held SaaS company is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to add to their growing team. This position is very hands-on, will work closely with the c-suite, and lead FP&A oversight including budgeting, long-range forecasts, KPI reporting, revenue, market analysis, etc. We are seeking candidates with 7 years of experience, ideally coming out of a software / SaaS environment.

- Lead FP&A activity including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Partner closely with various business segments including Sales & Marketing, IT, Business Development, etc.
- Create financial models and KPI dashboards to report on operational metrics
- Identify areas of inefficiency and collaborate with leadership on creative solutions
- Additional ad hoc projects with c-level
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- MBA and/or CFA is a plus, but not required
- 7 years of experience, ideally with some in a Software / SaaS environment
- Detail oriented with strong communication skills
