We have a temporary to possible hire position with an outstanding company in Thomasville seeking a Human Resources Assistant to help our during a maternity leave. Due to the growth of the company, however, this could become a permanent role.
The successful candidate will be proficient at data input, documentation management, and professional communication. With versatility and accuracy, this hands-on role involves a range of tasks that contribute to the smooth running of our organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLITIES:

Ability to process work, forms, and materials involving numbers with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with employee pay records and discussing medical concerns.
Ability to set up organizational processes and files related to workers compensation, FMLA records, timesheets, payroll records, correspondence, OSHA compliance etc.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent, secondary education preferred
Hourly rate depends on experience: $18.00 - $22.00
