We need the right Property Manager for our Vista Bella Apartments community. This property is a new affordable housing community with 72 units. Your position will ensure our residents receive timely, high-quality, professional customer service.
Requirements
Must have LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) experience
As the Property Manager , you will be responsible for assisting in planning, directing, coordinating the selling, buying, leasing, and governance activities of residential real estate properties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.)

• Ensure property is leased at or above budgeted occupancy and rent levels based on owners' guidelines
• Perform Marketing/Outreach responsibilities to achieve the established goals
• Develop and implement positive resident relations program for the community
• Schedule all contractors for turnovers and any other services needed. Inspect all work performed prior to approval for payment.
• Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income
• Ensure desired renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible. Inspect the property on a regular basis and schedule improvements and repairs
• Complete and submit, timely and accurately, all records, reports and documents required by the Company and federal or state agencies

Experience:

• Apartment Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• LITHC
• Apartment Leasing
