Must be comfortable with cold outreach, emailing, and calling on prospective individuals to build lasting relationships!Responsibilities:
- Constantly research and identify potential clients and qualified leads
- Cold Calling, emailing, and following up with potential clients daily
- Must be willing to problem solve, educate, and answer questions for potential new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Ability to work cross-departmentally with sales managers and operations department
- Set meetings with potential clients to negotiate and close new business
- Maintain organized work environment and accurately store information in CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service to any and all potential new clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work with urgency
- Email and phone etiquette
- Extremely organized and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- On Site Role M-Fr 8am-5pm EST**
- Competitive Base Commission**
- Minimum 1 year of work experience or 4-year degree; previous sales/customer service is a plus
- Strong understanding of the transportation industry and/or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM software
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Bilingual is a plus
