Position Summary: 

The IT Manager is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of IT infrastructure for the organization. This role encompasses overseeing a team of IT professionals, managing the company’s technology operations, and implementing IT initiatives to enhance business performance. The IT Manager will ensure that all IT systems and processes are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. 

**This is an onsite role with occasional travel to remote locations or branch offices**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff. Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the IT team.
• IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy and roadmap. Align IT objectives and programs with the organization’s overall business goals. Identify opportunities for technology improvement and innovation.
• System and Network Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks. Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the organization’s IT infrastructure. Manage cloud services and on-premises hardware, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with various departments to understand their technology needs and implement appropriate solutions. Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of IT equipment and services.
• Cybersecurity and Compliance: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization’s data and IT assets. Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations as necessary.
• User Support and Training: Oversee the provision of technical support to end-users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues. Collaborate with Professional Development Team to develop and conduct training programs to enhance staff proficiency in using technology tools and systems.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures. Provide regular reports on IT operations, performance metrics, and project status to senior management.

Education/Experience:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
• Extensive experience with IT infrastructure and systems management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects and teams

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in network management, cloud services, and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of operating systems, databases, and software applications.
