Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to staff, faculty, and students in CEVSS.
- Provide information to students, staff, faculty, employers and general public who call main line, visit, or otherwise correspond with departments. Forward calls/inquiries requesting additional information to appropriate departments and persons.
- Track department budgets in Excel and process expenditures.
- Schedule and track student appointments.
- Assist with the maintenance of department records and reports.
- Assist in the tracking and meeting of federal grant objectives and reports to the federal government.
- Maintain department meetings and event calendars.
- Monitor and maintain security of office supplies and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by Director of CEVSS and Associate Dean.
- High School Diploma
- Associate’s Degree
- 1 Year experience
