Job Duties
- Promote Intramural Sports at the institution through marketing and advertising.
- Supervise and train Student Intramural Sports Assistants.
- Assist with oversight of the coordination and scheduling of leagues and tournaments.
- Assist students with registering for intramural sports and manage documentation such as waivers and emergency contact information.
- Ensure the eligibility of participants throughout the league season.
- Maintain records relative to participation and equipment inventory.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the entire Intramural Sports Program, and the rules for each individual sport.
- Attend and supervise intramural events. Referee when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree (Education, Kinesiology, or Sports Administration)
Additional Skills Requested
- CPR/AED Certified (Desired)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Commitment to the mission of the comprehensive community and technical college.
