Job DutiesProvides support in proctoring assessments and ensures policies and procedures are followed.
- Provides proctoring support for testing and assessments.
- Administer and proctor offsite test and exams at various locations within our service area.
- Manages exams collection and delivery.
- May provide testing accommodations for students with disabilities.
- Provides support with technology.
- Collects and tracks data for the testing center.
- Serves as a first point of contact for individuals and groups, greets arrivals, and provides organizational information.
- Perform clerical duties to include typing, filing, copying, maintaining forms, and scheduling appointments, answering the department office phone, and responding to questions.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Associate degree, and one to three years related experience, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
