Key Responsibilities
- Support Organizational Redesign : Assist in redesigning organizational structures and functions including Law Enforcement, Customer Services Management Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operational Performance and Innovation, Workforce Development, and Organization Strategy & Culture.
- Job Description Updates : Prepare and update job descriptions to reflect changes resulting from the organizational redesign efforts.
- Change Management : Provide support in managing change across various departments, facilitating a smooth transition and minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
- Risk Mitigation : Identify potential areas of risk associated with HR changes and collaborate with the team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Process Improvement : Conduct thorough analyses of current HR processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to streamline operations, enhance performance, and increase efficiency.
- HR Metrics and Reporting : Support the development and implementation of HR metrics and reporting systems to monitor and report on key performance indicators.
- Data Cleanup and HRIS Transition : Assist in data cleanup efforts and the transition to a new HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate data migration and system functionality.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in organizational development and change management.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and HR project management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with diverse internal teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience in public sector HR or working with government agencies.
