Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development of machine learning models focused on optimizing wellness and fitness data analysis. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovation within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets in the wellness and fitness domain.

- Utilize TensorFlow, Python, and Kubernetes to create scalable and efficient machine learning solutions.

- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into broader tech platforms.

- Stay updated on new trends and technologies in machine learning and apply these in developing cutting-edge solutions.

- Ensure the creation of robust, scalable, and maintainable code that supports real-time data processing.

- Oversee the design of APIs that facilitate seamless access to machine learning insights for fitness and wellness applications.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar senior role, ideally with a focus on wellness or fitness applications.

- Expertise in TensorFlow, Python, and Kubernetes, with a proven track record in the health technology sector.

- Deep understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and tools, especially as applied to wellness data.

- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.

- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

- Minimum Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field required; PhD preferred.
