Kea Global Inc is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner
• Provide support to the sales team with order processing and account management
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
