Role Description
KEAR Civil Corporation is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. This is an on-site role that requires strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, expediting, and logistics management
- Proficient in conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Understanding of project financials, budgets, and cost control
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
