Primary Responsibilities

• Input data into software to create a Trust Portfolio
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with clients for signing documents
• Attend meetings with clients to ensure the process is efficient and accurate
• Travel to Houston Metro areas to complete delivery of documents
• Organize and mail USPS/FedEx necessary documents
• Upload files to the corresponding county using an online portal
• Complete administrative work as needed

Education / Experience Requirements

• 1 years working experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Knowledge / Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work well with clients in small group settings
• Data Entry Skills
• Typing Speed (35 - 40 WPM)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Spreadsheets, Google Docs)
• Experience with QuickBooks (a plus!)
