Duties

- Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee evaluation.
- Negotiate employment offers and manage employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
- Utilize HR software systems such as ADP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle for efficient HR operations.
- Provide senior leadership with insights on workforce trends and recommend solutions to enhance employee engagement.
- Manage conflict resolution processes to address employee concerns effectively.
- Conduct training sessions on various HR topics to promote continuous learning and development among staff.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and executing HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in using HR software systems such as ADP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle is preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in conflict management and resolution techniques.
- A track record of successful talent management and employee development initiatives.
