Keef Brands is Hiring a Sales Account Manager - Mountain Territory Near Denver, CO

Keef Brands is looking to hire a Sales Assassin in the Colorado Rocky Mountain Territory. Right now, there is an enormous opportunity for a self-motivated, dynamic, and passionate sales ninja. This person will enjoy driving on their daily sales routes in the scenic Rocky Mountains while hunting for their next client and provide impeccable customer service to Keef Brands clients in the western range of Colorado.

Sales experience in the beverage industry a plus BUT, not an end all! If you possess the willingness and ability to work hard, learn quickly, travel consistently throughout the Rocky Mountains and have an amazing attitude, we are looking forward to speaking with you.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing sales routes.
  • Continuously prospect through various avenues
  • Service all accounts in your territory, ask for orders, develop and maintain relationships.
  • Monitor and share competitive marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, events, promotions, industry trends.
  • Resolve customer challenges by open channels of communication, investigate challenges, develop solutions & execute.
  • Scheduling and staffing pop-ups and staff trainings, work with Brand Ambassadors
  • Keep open channel of communication with purchasing manager, team leads and brand ambassadors.
  • Continuous training and development on products and key industry information and data.
  • Responsible for contacting and upselling clients that send in orders.
  • Responsible for collections of money on all accounts.
  • Actively sell all brands and help increase shelf space and position for those brands.
  • Reliable transportation for daily travel; may include overnights and weekends.
  • Update CRM activity daily
  • No trash talking clients or competitors.

Non-Negotiables:

  • Drive to succeed and push yourself to the next level each and every day!
  • Must be 21 years of age and have High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • Based in the Western Slope or High Country
  • We will not be hiring anyone based in the Front Range, Denver Metro, or Colorado Springs areas for this position
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable form of transportation required
  • Must have full availability during normal business hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite and able to adapt quickly to other software programs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LeafLink experience a bonus!
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in a customer facing role
  • Able to move products, hang merchandise, and fulfill various other physical requirements. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
