Keegan Adams Recruitment is Hiring a Payroll Officer Near Sydney, FL

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a Global ASX-listed Technology Company. We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join a team of 10 to manage global payroll across 7-8 countries.

Our client offers a highly entrepreneurial environment and is a leading global provider of software solutions.

Local experience and full-time working rights are essential to be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll for onshore and offshore operations across 8 countries within a team of 10x.
  • Prepare Payroll tax, FBT, and workers compensation calculations and payments.
  • Collaborating closely with the payroll team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
  • Utilising an internal system for payroll management, data entry, and reporting.
  • Handling employee enquiries related to payroll and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Staying updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements to ensure payroll accuracy and legality.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Payroll Officer.
  • You must have previous experience in managing payroll processing end to end.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within the team and with employees.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
