Keeley Construction Group is Hiring a Site Quality Manager (Industrial) Near Avondale, LA
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and coordinators, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to evaluate the quality of workmanship, materials, and processes on construction sites.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Create and maintain detailed quality documentation, including reports, logs, and non-conformance records.
- Monitor and track quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Facilitate and participate in meetings to communicate quality objectives, procedures, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with all quality-related regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in quality management within industrial construction or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving quality objectives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, specifications, and relevant quality control documentation.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within industrial construction.
- CWI preferred.
- Relevant certifications in quality control or construction management are advantageous.
