Keeley Construction Group is Hiring a Site Quality Manager (Industrial) Near Avondale, LA

Keeley is a career destination with countless opportunities for advancement, and a world-class family culture that is centered around creating the best possible environment for our people to thrive.We are looking to hire a Site Quality Manager for a 12-18 month project with our Industrial Manufacturing Group in Avondale, LA.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and coordinators, providing guidance and training as necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to evaluate the quality of workmanship, materials, and processes on construction sites.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
  • Create and maintain detailed quality documentation, including reports, logs, and non-conformance records.
  • Monitor and track quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Facilitate and participate in meetings to communicate quality objectives, procedures, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with all quality-related regulations and standards.
Characteristics & Abilities Vital to This Position:
  • Proven experience in quality management within industrial construction or related fields.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving quality objectives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
  • Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, specifications, and relevant quality control documentation.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within industrial construction.
  • CWI preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in quality control or construction management are advantageous.
