We are looking to hire a Project Scheduler for a 12-18 month project with our Industrial Manufacturing Group in Avondale, LA.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of projects within the Industrial sector.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules using industry-leading project management software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements and objectives.
• Coordinating with project managers and team members to gather project data, update schedules, and identify potential risks and delays.
• Monitoring project progress and provide timely reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting any schedule deviations or critical path impacts.
• Conducting regular schedule analysis and identifying opportunities for optimization, resource allocation, and process improvements.
• Staying up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in project scheduling and management within the Industrial sector.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in project scheduling, preferably within the Industrial industry.
• Proficient in using project management software Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify schedule risks and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
