We are looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for our prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

📞 Conduct telephone case inquiries with prospective new clients and process case registrations accordingly.

❓Assist clients with questions and concerns related to their case registration process.

🗂️Review and process all potential new case leads. Ensure that all legal case intake documents are properly processed, signed and executed.

We provide:

💵Competitive salary ($17usd - $21usd per hour) commissions

Requirements:

✅Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.

✅Tactful and empathetic caller.

✅Strong communication skills and highly organized.

✅At least 6 months of Legal experience.

✅Customer service or call center experience.

Note: This is an on-site position in Miami, Florida.
