Project Manager – Plumbing/HVAC

Ideal candidates should have excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. This individual must also have the ability to communicate with subcontractors, upper management, engineers, architects and clients. The Project Manager is responsible for all of the financial aspects of the project, including forecasting the costs to complete the projects monthly along with the following:

· Complete AIA and project breakdown

· Review contracts

· Setup project summary sheet and distribute to the project team

· Purchase material using KLC’s PO system

· Submit Request for Information, Request for Change Orders and Subcontract Change Orders

· Manage Submittals and follow up through submittal process until 100% approved

· Coordinate all material orders and deliveries with team

· Prepare and manage close out manuals and punch list

Desired Skills and Experience

· 5 years of experience as a Plumbing & HVAC Project Manager

· Detail oriented with the ability to focus on quality and accuracy

· Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, etc., and Sage 300 (Previously Timberline) a plus along with the ability to quickly adapt to current software

· Personable and enjoy working in a smaller, friendly, yet professional and respectful office environment

· Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision

· Must be able to run multiple projects simultaneously

· Proficient in on screen take off and be willing to learn Estimation software if not already proficient

· Able to pass pre-employment drug test

· Clear criminal record for educational and correctional facility projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
