Kele Companies is Hiring a Technical Sales Support Specialist I Near Austin, TX
By becoming part of the Temperaturature Control Systems/Kele Companies team, you will be part of a prosperous and expanding business segment selling tangible products from world class manufacturers like Honeywell and Johnson Controls.
- Actively promotes the company’s products and services by communicating TCS’s value propositions to customers
- Provides exceptional personal customer service to all internal and external customers
- Serves as the primary technical owner at the branch counter
- Logs all internal and external correspondence in the CRM
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Serves as a resource for product questions and product application information for internal and external customers through face-to-face, phone, e-mail, and chat communications
- Provides assistance as overflow support for sales calls as necessary
- Updates appropriate repository with query solutions, identified product shortcomings/ solutions and technical solutions developed for customers
- Attends, develops, and constructs training sessions and maintains technical proficiency on all issues that are applicable to our customers and industry
- Two to four years of undergraduate work, associate’s degree, or applicable certification
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use company software
- Knowledge of the BAS industry to include the role of the company’s customers, consultants, contractors, and end users as well as a basic knowledge of BAS applications and products
