Keller Executive Search has a client seeking a candidate who possesses exceptional motivation and extensive experience to fill the position of Business Development Manager within their team. This role entails both driving and facilitating business growth through the cultivation and management of strategic partnerships.
Location: Austin, TX,
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful candidate placements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong network of industry contacts and a track record of successfully closing deals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
