Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, requirements documents, and process flow diagrams
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness
- Collaborate with IT teams to define data and system requirements for new initiatives
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of new processes
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of business initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Experience in the executive search industry is a plus
