Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's data technology strategy
• Design and optimize data models, databases, and data pipelines
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related needs and propose solutions
• Evaluate and implement new data technologies and tools
• Provide technical guidance and support to data engineering and data analytics teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in data technology roles, such as Data Architect or Data Engineer
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data integration techniques
• Strong understanding of data governance and data management best practices
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
