In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods.

You will lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.

Location : San Antonio, Texas

Your responsibilities will include :

• Manage the daily operations of a produce warehouse which include production, quality, receiving and shipping.
• Maintain focus on productivity, cost control, efficiencies and production equipment improvements.
• Monitor, evaluate and report KPIs to Senior Management.
• Monitor and enforce company policies, procedures, and applicable industry policies and regulations.
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships.
• Problem solve, negotiate, and address staff challenges.
• Ensure all production orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner in adherence to company quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a warehouse management role in the FRESH PRODUCE industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience with RedLine Cooler Software or similar WMS / ERP will be advantageous.
