Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and visionary Creative Director to join our Keller Creative Agency team full-time in Knoxville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creative leadership, collaboration, and driving excellence in all aspects of creative work.
Responsibilities:
? Produce high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent designs across both digital and traditional mediums.
? Develop and oversee creative strategies and concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with creative vision.
? Review and approve all creative deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously drive innovation and creativity within the team.
? Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, effectively communicating the vision and rationale behind the work.
? Foster a positive and collaborative team culture for our team of designers, encouraging the exchange of ideas and continuous professional growth.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
? Proven experience in a creative role, with a portfolio showcasing leadership and creative excellence.
? Proficiency in design & prototyping software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and XD.
? Strong understanding of brand development, visual communication, and marketing strategies.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
? Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
