Looking for a more lucrative commercial sales team? Look no further! We are searching for our next great Commercial Sales Specialist. This opportunity requires someone with proven negotiation skills who can turn leads into life-long customers. A keen sense of marketing and advertising procedures is a huge plus and the ability to monitor a deal from beginning to close is essential.

Administrative assistance and advanced technology including comprehensive lead generation programs are also provided. Compensation:

$70,000 - $135,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:
  • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
  • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
  • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
  • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
  • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth

  • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data
  • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements

  • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices to clients

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
  • Independent and self motivated
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
